Evangelization
This Secretariat tries to accomplish certain tasks around our “Apostolic Priorities” approved by our Assembly of CRE in Dublin in 2011. These priorities speak of the four groups of people to whom in a special way we want to address our mission in Europe, namely,
- to people affected by increased secularization and contemporary human issues;
- to young people;
- to ‘migrants’ and to ‘those left behind’;
- to people abandoned in some way by, or distanced from, ordinary pastoral care.Because of these priorities, we created a few “working groups” which help us to better discern the situation and to suggest new methods of evangelization.
The four working groups are working within the Secretariat of Evangelization:
- New Missionary Initiatives
- Youth Ministry
- Partnership in Mission
- Social Ministry
The members of Secretariat for Evangelization are all the members of four different working groups, but in special way the chairmen of these group with the Counsultor of the Council of CRE:
- Fr. Pedro López Calvo (Madrid Province) – as the chairman Fr. Pietro Sulkowski (Rome Province)
- Fr. Winfried Pauly (San Clemente Province)
- Fr. Pawel Drobot (Warsaw Province)
- Fr. Martin Huk (Bratislava V-Province)
