Partnership in Mission Meeting

A meeting of the P.I.M. Group of the C.R.E. took place in San Gioacchino Rome on June 11th 2016. Present at the meeting were Martin Huk C.Ss.R., Daniel Primo and Henrietta O Meara, with apologies from Martin Brandner.

The meeting reviewed the conclusions of the Conference held in Madrid in December 2015.  It was acknowledged that the levels of collaboration and involvement by lay people in the units of C.R.E. is varied and somewhat unclear.   It was proposed that Provincials of all units will be surveyed to establish how many units have a Secretariat for Lay Collaboration and if  there is lay involvement in the  Secretariats of the unit.    It is proposed that the next C.R.E. Conferene on Partnership in Ministry will take place in November 2018:

The proposed document for the General Chapter in relation to Partnership in Ministry was discussed and some proposals will be submitted from the group.

The meeting concluded with a visit to Sanalfonso and the shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
